You should have a few years experience successfully selling real estate and be able to work independently,mostly out of your home office. This position should appeal to the highly successful agents who is looking to have the independence to sell real estate their way. We ensure that you get all of your calls/leads. There is no "Duty Agent" to steal leads from you.  The Country agents are given territories and we will not hire an agent in that territory without their permission. This is a great team building opportunity. You will be required to have....

- a current Ontario Real Estate Licence

-to have or apply for HST tax Number. You will be responsible for paying any HST collected from your commission income to the Government.

- You are running your own real estate selling business as a independent contractor. You agree to run your business agreeing to follow all Provincial/RECO rules and regulations.

- Brian Armstrong,Broker of Record for Housellers RES Inc. will review each deal to ensure that all the required paperwork is filled out...Buyer Agency agreements, Agreement of Purchase and Sales, etc. Housellers will invoice the lawyers for each deal. We will pay the Housellers independent contractor as soon as possible after receipt of the gross commission  cheque.
